The Pozzuolo del Friuli Cavalry Brigade is a wheeled armored Reconnaissance brigade of the Italian Army, based mainly in the north-east of the country.

Structure

All regiments are battalion sized.

Equipment

The cavalry regiments of the brigade are each equipped with 40 Centauro tank destroyers and 36 Puma 4x4 APCs. The Lagunari regiment is equipped with 17 AAV7-A1 amphibious assault vehicles and 41 Puma 4x4 APCs. The artillery regiment fields 24 FH-70 towed howitzers.
